Wholesale distributor and only accept C.O.D. orders, Bank
Wires and PayPal. Order carefully. Please allow up to 7
days for order processing and shipment. Shipment depends
on availability of product in USA. We do not offer refunds or
returns if you purchase unmodified digital FTA satellite
receivers & do not realize they are "unmodified". 20%
restocking fee applies on all returns authorized by WSR & no
refunds on shipping.
Manufacturer warranty is either 1 or 2 years on hardware and/or factory
software. Factory determines what is included under
warranty. All receivers come with manufacturers software
installed. No Downloads Needed to operate. If a
returned receiver is found to have non-manufacturer software
and can be fixed, $75/per receiver fee will be charged for
labor. Resetting and/or reloading any receiver with factory
software has non-negotiable fee of $75/per receiver. We
reserve the right to decide if receivers are repairable.
